His fiction, specifically novels, reflects the colonial system of that time. His novel ‘Medan۔e۔Amal’, in particular, reflects the resistance and revolt against the british colonialism. The main character of the novel, ‘Amarkaant’, represents this thought through non۔violence and non۔colonial approach of life. He succeeds in instilling the same spirit of freedom in the nation’s minds, too. The research paper under study is going to disclose these aspects in the light of the events and characters of ‘Medan۔e۔Amal’. Hajra Masroor short stories highlight social realism and the intricacies of human psychology, with a language that combines simplicity and impact. Hajra Masroor's stories address social injustices, women's issues, and class struggles with an emotional and dynamic approach. Her use of powerful metaphors and satire is notable, making her stories aesthetically distinctive. This article presents the aesthetic elements in the short stories of Hajra Masroor, focusing on language, themes, character development, and style. Guided by the constructivist learning theory framework, the researcher employed an experimental approach to assess the impact of the flipped classroom on ESL learners’ speaking skills. The experimental group received instruction through the flipped classroom model, while the control participants in control group were given instructions through traditional lecture method lectured to in a traditional teaching method that provided minimal classroom activities. Both groups were given pre-tests and post-tests to measure the participants’ speaking abilities in the four components of fluency, coherence, pronunciation, interactive communication, and proficiency. Analysis of the quantitative data collected revealed that students in the experimental group improved in all aspects of speaking skills than the control group. The study also found the effectiveness of the flipped classroom in promoting self-directed learning, enhancing communicative language pedagogy, and facilitating a shift towards student-centered learning. For this purpose, the researcher planned to inspect the “Impact of online classes on students’ academic performance during covid-19 at Secondary Level in District Haveli Kahuta AJ&amp;K. The main aim of the study was to check the relationship between impact of online classes and the academic performance of secondary level students during COVID-19. Structured questionnaires was constructed and used as the research instruments for collecting the data. The questionnaire was made up of 27 close-ended items and 02 open-ended items for the students to respond to. 200 sample was selected from 07 schools (02 private and 05 public). The data collected were analysed by using inferential statistical analysis: Pearson correlation and linear regression computed by using SPSS. The result of the study revealed that COVID-19 has negatively affected the academic performance of District Haveli students, and the students were highly frustrated with online classes during this serious moment. Besides, the study also showed significant differences in the academic performance of students. Based on the findings, the study revealed hat, there is a significant positive relationship and impact of online classes on students’ academic performance during COVID-19 outbreak in secondary schools. According to the conclusion of the study, several implications and recommendations have been provided. The study therefore recommends that students and teachers alike be introduced to e-learning platforms and how to effectively use it for instructional practice in the wake of such Challenges in our educational system. So that students will learn in better way and does not face problem during learning. The study aimed to identify the primary sources of interaction between parents and teachers, explore the relationship between their communication and student performance. The population consisted of teachers and parents from secondary schools in the public and government sectors. A sample of 150 teachers and parents was selected through convenience sampling from the Tehsil and District Haveli in Azad Kashmir. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale for both teachers and parents. The responses were analyzed using SPSS software, revealing significant insights into the dynamics of parent-teacher communication and its correlation with student performance. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that schools implement regular training for teachers on effective communication strategies with parents to foster open dialogue. Additionally, schools should organize workshops to equip parents with the necessary skills to engage meaningfully with teachers about their children's education. Coronavirus Anxiety, characterized by persistent fear and preoccupation with the virus, has been linked to deteriorations in Psychological Well-being. Emerging evidence suggests that positive psychological traits like Gratitude may serve as protective factors in times of crisis.&nbsp;<strong>Objective:</strong>&nbsp;This study aimed to investigate whether Gratitude mediates the relationship between Coronavirus Anxiety and Psychological Well-being among emerging adults during the COVID-19 pandemic.&nbsp;<strong>Methods:</strong>&nbsp;A cross-sectional, correlational design was employed. A sample of 300 emerging adults (aged 18–25) residing in Karachi completed self-report measures including the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale, the Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6), and the Psychological Well-being Scale. Data were analyzed using stepwise regression to test the mediation model.&nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp;Results indicated a significant negative relationship between Coronavirus Anxiety and Psychological Well-being (R² = 0.049, <em>p</em>&nbsp;&lt; .01). The inclusion of Gratitude as a mediating variable enhanced the model's explanatory power (R² = 0.073, <em>p</em>&nbsp;&lt; .01), confirming Gratitude as a significant partial mediator.&nbsp;<strong>Conclusion:</strong>&nbsp;Gratitude plays a meaningful role in mitigating the adverse psychological effects of Coronavirus Anxiety among emerging adults.
