فکرِ اقبالؒ کے نمایاں خدوخال - ایک جائزہ
Abstract
This article highlights the salient features of Allama Iqbal's National poetry. At the outset of his poetic career, he worked in the guidance of Dagh Dehlvi who polished his poetic diction. For a very short period, he followed the teacher's style, but before long, he gave it up and invented a poetic style of his own. Now withstanding his poetic nature, he was strongly attracted to philosophy which settled down the course of his literary future. He set aside his personal griefs and pleasures and devoted his poetic genius to the rehabilitation of his nation. In this field, Akbar Elah Abadi and Altaf Hussain Hali had already dedicated their poetic energies to the reformation of Indian Muslims. They are the foundation stone of Iqbal's poetic stronghold. The life and soul of his message are the basic tenets of Islam which are to be implemented, firstly on individual self, and then on human community at large.
