Abstract

The objective of the research review of the practical situation of women's inheritance rights in rural areas is to study the practical problems and challenges of these women's inheritance rights. This study analyzes the legal aspects of inheritance rights, social customs, and obstacles faced by women in achieving inheritance rights. During the research, interviews were conducted with women living in different rural areas, through which it was found that many women are deprived of their inheritance rights. Reasons for this include legal ignorance, societal pressures, and cultural traditions that deprive women of their legitimate rights. Furthermore, this research also highlights the impact of granting or denying inheritance rights on the socio-economic status of women. The results of the research show that despite the inheritance laws, women face serious difficulties in achieving their rights on a practical level. In this regard, the need for social awareness raising, legal assistance, and change in cultural attitudes is emphasized in order to provide women with their legitimate rights.
